According to official letter No. 2825/LĐTBXH-LĐTL:

If employers are not qualified for time of contributing social insurance and pension, they will terminate labor contracts. If employers have demands to hire employees and they have enough health, two sides can negotiate to extend duration of labor contracts or sign new labor contracts.

Time on probation is based on nature and complicatedness of the jobs but job probation is applied one-time and does not exceed 60 days for the specialized and qualified positions from college level graduation; does not exceed 30 days for the specialized and qualified positions from vocational, intermediate professional level graduation, professional and technical workers, professional staff.

Employees have behaviors to cause serious damages about assets, benefits of employers and these behaviors are regulated in internal labor rules, employers conduct penalty to violators.
